When you try to log in it should give you a barcode or CR code you scan it with your phone and it should give you a device password for PS3. Strange, I don't know if it's because I bought a Vita recently and had to go through the whole Device Setup Password thing already a couple weeks ago...but after updating the PS3 and Vita, it just signed me back in automatically. PS3 and Vita need yearly Stability Updates anyways.
